La Sala

The AIH Group has decided to temporarily rest La Sala, rather than drastically alter its much loved formula of fabulous premium food and exceptional service.  This is due to the current economic climate.

"We have decided the time is right for the restaurant to take a break, while we consider its return to the very competitive Sydney dining scene" said Brien Trippas Managing Director of the AIH Group.

La Sala's team of professionals continue their employment with the AIH Group, taking up places across the Group's portfolio of exceptional restaurants, including La Grillade, 360 Bar and Dining, Centennial Parklands Dining and the Art Gallery of NSW Restaurant.
